I have been lifting for a few years, I never cycled anything before. I wish to stay legal, for now, but I would like to try this out.
I want to try a simple cycle using M-1T, I have read through a bunch of articles and posts on here but I want to make sure I get it all down before I go ahead with it.
I want to start with a short cycle to try it out first, like a 2-3 week cycle.
Also should I use 6-oxo at the end of it and anything like milk-thistle or ALA during it to help protect?
