Major confusion about nutrition HELP

I'm taking 500mg test enanthate and 300mg deca per week. My goal is to bulk up with muscle and I can see that I've made some progress in the two weeks or so that I've been on this cycle. I'm eating five or six meals per day and making sure I get lots of protein. My weight is 220, 18% body fat, 180lb lean (non fat) mass. The only place I'm carrying fat is my abdominal area. The rest of my body doesn't look fat at all. Because of the amount I'm eating to bulk up with muscle I'm not losing the fat. And I really want to get my body fat level down to 10 or 12 percent. So, am I doing this all wrong? Should I work out hard with weights and cardio but stop the test and deca for now, cut back on the calories, and lose the fat first? Or is there something I can add to this cycle that will help burn the fat so I can keep going with they cycle? I workout hard - really put in the effort. So intensity is not an issue.
