Major PIP

Guys,

I injected 1ml Test E and 1.5 ml NPP same syringe into right glute. I had a 12 hr PIP of about 8/10 and now 24 hrs later pain is about 6/10. It is a litte swollen, nothing outrageous. But I have never had PIP this bad.

I am using Anabolx which uses ethyl oleate.

I did a 1/2 ml test injection of the Test E 4 days ago with no issue whatsoever as I wanted to see if I could handle the carrier oil.

Could NPP cause the pain since it is a faster ester? I have used deca before with no issue.

Maybe I just had a bad injection?

Or maybe I need to put my pussy away and suck it up!?

Any thoughts?

You'll be fine. As long as it's not swollen and warm to touch. I had really bad PIP last week in my glutes. Went away like 5 days later lol

You may just have done a bad shot, some guys think PIP has more to do with injection technique rather than the gear, others disagree.

Me? I dunno, ive always sort of felt it has something to do with the speed you inject the oil. The faster you push the plunger, the less time the oil has to spread out, the more fibers get ripped from the pressure buildup? Id also assume higher volume injections could correlate with more PIP. But ive never really probed the issue, but i like to inject sloooowwwwlllyyy and then i massage the site aftewards.

I only inject my quads. I get PIP if I hit a tender spot while pushing the needle through the muscle that causes a minor spasm, or just a bit of discomfort. If the needle goes in smoothly, then I never get PIP. I always warm my test and quad prior to injection. Plus, I use a 27g needle and inject slowly as mentioned by @Megadick3000.

Could be the gear, or the way you pinned, or just your body getting use to it. See how the next couple injections go and report back to us.

I pre heat all my gear before I draw it and pin it as hot as I can and It seems to lessen any pip. I also draw some grape seed oil too at times no pip.

Could be the carrier oil and could be the way you pinned. My buddy just gave me a couple vials of npp because he said the pip was unbearable. I myself haven't had problems with pip from npp but I did with test e that had mct as the carrier oil.

If your PIP pain is/was a 8/10
the problem is you've a NOOB who has rarely if ever experienced real pain, such as the passage of a KS!

Pinning AAS involve "shots" and it's a well established fact "shots hurt", grow accustomed to it now, or don't cycle.

@Dr JIM you have taught me many things previously but, thanks for your worthless contribution to this post in particular. This is not my first cycle, but it is my first experience with EO as the carrier oil. Not a fan so far.
So, a fractured skull and broken femur with external fixation must not count as real pain, huh? That's cool, after all pain is subjective, right?!

@Big_paul I believe the EO is what is messing me up. I did another injection this AM into left glute. Injected very slowly, massaged the area and holy fuck....it is pain that I usually do not experience after injecting. My right glute is STILL fucked up from last Fridays shot.
I think I am just gonna have to drop the EO carrier.

So to help you out OP the EO is rapping your bum. It still gets me and I must have done 200+ EO injectons.

2) so now different carrier oils are the cause of PIP and how is that exactly bc unless it's COMTAMINATED or you melted down some Crisco essentially all oils used in AAS have the same PH, and dispersion characteristics

4) ABSOLUTELY CORRECT and PIP ain't squat in the opinion of darn near all vets AND why is IT such a common. complaint amongst NOOBS!

Some carrier oils will cause post injection issues, one known to cause injection issues is MCT oil....The more u use this oil the better your body will respond. After a few weeks of using gear made with MCT oil the post injection issues will go away.....And for me most short esters will cause me injection problems, so I avoid them....

I think you've forgotten for a moment as to why you came here to begin with. Maybe it was to help someone? Why don't you try helping us understand what it is that's causing this pip. If it's a sterile issue or something along the lines of a health issue, then say it. Without putting so much ENTHUSIASM on key words.

Asked and answered TWICE, yet of course there's always the possibility it's the GEAR itself, esp if excess amounts of BA were used.

Finally there is no way for me or anyone else to ascertain the cause of
PIP unless the suspect product is TESTED.

So my statements are based on what is KNOWN rather than endless conjecture of what could be AND its no coincidence Noobs have a much higher rate of reporting PIP , so why is THAT?

It is what it is, and I'm not going to placate or sugar coat my responses so you or others "feel good".

Okay I have few questions then.

1.) Is there any way to further sterilize it? Filter it again into sterile vial? Or once there's bacteria that's it. If no to the bacteria then could we try the next method (2)?

2.) If he takes a normal dosage, being 1cc or 2cc's, and cuts it with a 1cc of filtered GSO and PIP goes away could we maybe cut it down to either
A.) The concentration or
B.) The EO causing the PIP?

These steps are to rule out that its not "dirty"? Figured we'd make sure his health came first in this.
Hope I explained that well enough. It seems easier in my head.

2) See, this is useful. But "essentially" does not mean "exactly."

3) Nope! After the coma I was already juiced on pain meds. Okay, maybe 9.5/10, but the leg traction was a MF'r!

Oh well. I guess the pip will cease after this cycle is over. Enjoy the rest of your day.
