Make my own avatar?

Could one of you more intelligent peeps please explain to me how I create my avatar on here....you'll have to excuse me I'm a little SLOW when it comes to computers...thank you

yeah bro, click on your profile name, than click user cp, scroll down to settings and options click on edit avatar.. once you are there you can choose from the two provided for you or you can choose to upload a pic from a different website or from your own computer..
