I was with a buddy, he was driving a new lifted tacoma(this is a shame cause this truck was sweet) and we got into it with some people on a road, speedlimit was forty I think, we came through an inersection at about eighty(sixty when we hit) and hit a semi trailer right on the axle, I wasn't wearing a seabelt and if it weren't for the airbag I would have been a pancake. Funny thing is you can see it all happening and you can't do anything about it, then it just hits you. I must have blacked out because later standing on the side of the road I looked at the tacoma I was in and realized it ended up about forty yards in the opposite direction we were traveling and don't remember ending up there. Needless to say if the discovery channel had a show called car face-offs, a semi would kick the shit out of a tacoma.

You are lucky. I was drunk driving on a gravel road during the winter. Rolled a car. No seatbelt. Got nailed by the passenger airbag. It knocked blood all the way to the back of the car. My brother in law found me unconscious on the floorboard with the car on its side. Dislocated my hip(i assume from getting stuck under the steering wheel when i got thrown) and the airbag gave me a bad concussion and f'd up my jaw. I still have daily hip and mouth pain. It was either 3 years last dec. or will be 3 years this dec. It was a rental car that I had b/c i just totalled my truck the week before that(truck was on thanksgiving, rental was beginning of dec. so i think it was 10 days.?)

Shit how fast were you going? That must have hurt, what the hell are the chances or your brother in law finding you, was he fallowing you? Good thing the cops didn't find you. How did you wreck your truck? One last question, did you get another rental car? lol

not in any particular order 1. Truck I hit a deer on thanksgiving night 2. Dont know how fast, it was a rental car so it was floored(red dodge neon) 3. It fucking hurt terrible. couldnt walk for weeks. Still cant walk pain free. I lift and play softball through the pain. Probably need hip replacement by the time i am 40. I need to hold out until my son can start working on me. NO ins. and no dc's near me so that is my option. 4.Brother in law was 10 minutes or so behind me. He was letting his truck warm up and scraping ice off his windows. 5.We pulled the car out and drug it to a friends house. Cops never found out lol. 6. The rental co. gave me an exact replica red dodge fucking neon. When i pulled in my parents driveway and parked beside the totalled one my dad about shit his pants. That part was hilarious.

About a year ago my younger brother was driving home from work and he had our cousin with him, well they were going down the road and he noticed that this car coming the other way was coming on his side of the road...he tried to avoid the car, it wasn't slowing down or even trying to get back over onto their side of the road....They nailed my brothers 98 ford ranger pick up so hard that the drivers side axle bent right up underneath the truck...my brother need a couple stitches and my cousin got a broken nose....the couple in the other car just got a few scratches...when the cops investigated what happened they found out that the chic in the car was giving the driver a hummer and he wasn't paying attention to the road and nailed my brother....needless to say my brother got a new truck and a little extra spending money

Fuck there will be no contest if we want to compare number of wrecks and totalled vehicles. Most of my wrecks have been pretty minor but I have totalled a lot of cars.

It was a 96 dodge ram, had it about 3 months and the engine went out like 50,000 miles so that cost like 3900, damn thing still kept breaking down. So I was on a gravel road going in to a turn and I floored it and turned the wheel as hard as I could. The truck rolled, wish I was wearing a seatbelt though, I ended siting on the roof. I had a copenhagen can bruise for almost 3 weeks. When I got out I added a few kicks to the doors and fenders then slashed a tire so I could say that I had gone into the turn and my tire went flat. Insurance paid the truck off and I made about 4 grand.

Thick I am sorry to hear about your injuries. That really sucks that you still have significant pain so long after your wreck.
