Making the switch to powerlifting, Gobuckeyes 2017 log

Maybe someone can answer this question for me. I haven't changed how much test I've been on in over a year. But for some reason, when I'm on a cruise I break out a little on my chest, back. But when I'm on tren I don't get zits. The last 2 blasts I was on, I was on tren and had nothing. But when I stop and cruised, I got zits. I've kept my test dose the same for over a year at 150mg week
 
I'm done with squats for awhile lol not really but that's how I feel today. I wasn't planning on going above 315 until I got my form down and I thought I was doing good today. I went for 365, was on my 5th rep when I swing my ass back to fast and starting to fall forward. I almost fell over, but saved myself but in the process tweaked my back n knee again. I feel like a dumbass.

i cant give you clinical explanation but im sure its just hormone fluctuation, weather, dietary stuff. at the start of a blast i always get a little the first 2-3 weeks then it goes away and then 2-3 weeks after i finish up i get some back. Do you drink milk or consume alot of dairy?

No. It's not bad, usually only a couple here or there but it's annoying. Especially when you go swimming
 
Chest day, went pretty good. I haven't lost any strength and my stamina is back up. Not eating before working out isn't that bad. I'm definitely getting leaner. I'm starting my next cycle probably as soon as I get back from vacation next month. I'm 75% sure Ima run 16 week cycle consisting of: test e 150mg week, tren e 500mg week, EQ 600mg week, anadrol 50-100mg day for first month. I'm not set on the mg yet or the oils.
 
Did overhead press today. I felt awesome today and nothing hurts but man was I weak. I struggled to get 205 up when 225 is my max. So I backed down to 185. Idk, my knee feels good too, it sometimes hurts when I do standing overhead press. But not today, I just had a off day, oh well.

I'm 95% sure now that I will start my cycle when I get back from vacation in 4 weeks. The only thing I'm not sure of is how much test. I'm planning 500mg tren E, 600mg EQ a week, 100mg Anadrol day for 4 weeks, and I was going to run my test low. I'm at 150mg week now, I thought about bumping it up to 200-250mg a week. Or 500-750mg week since I'm going to bulk, just not sure bc of the tren.
 
Deadlifted today, went pretty good. Worked up to 3x3 440. Knee doesn't really hurt. Only hurt when I was stretching my legs after working out. I just want my vacation to get here!! I need time off from work, life, everything.
Where is the knee hurting? I can give you some more exercises to try. But you have to be diligent with them. When first took Powerlifting serious at the end of 2014 I was having some knee issues. Nothing major, but it made me ascend slow in my squat. Pain in my ass. I'll attach some other things you can do that might work. As long as your knee has no integral damage it should help. I believe @RodgerThat posted somewhere about using floss bands for joints. I'm a huge proponent of floss bands myself. It works but it has to be done consistently.

Some of this shit can be painful. I have a high tolerance for pain. But putting a Kabuki Boomstick or barbell behind your knees and just sitting on it fucking hurts. Lol. But it fixes a specific knee issue.

I'll post up pics that could help your knee if you have resistance bands and a foam roller maybe you can take them on vacay and wake up early to get some money work. Get the mob work in after morning sex.

It hurts when I'm coming up out of the hole when I squat near the knee cap towards the outside front of the knee. It's not always bad, I've been doing those ones you sent. It doesn't hurt to deadlift, and it doesn't always hurt when I squat. Just when I push off the front of my foot. If I push off my feet correctly when squatting, I get no pain at all

How long will you be running this before you go on vacay? Tren and EQ awesome for me. Fucking vascularity like a mofo.
 
Like 2-3 weeks before I go. I'm going to take some with me on vacation so I don't miss a pin. I've never ran EQ or tren e. Only tren a. I only went with tren e bc I didn't want to pin so often this time, plus I wanted to try EQ and superdrol.

EQ takes a little longer to kick in. For me it didn't take as long as some people. I also didn't get the huge appetite that some get from running EQ. I love EQ. I want to get some bold cyp.
