Alright just finished lifting I did a 3x12-15 reps

DB Pull Overs 100lb
Bent over rows 215lbs
T Bar rows 100 lbs
Lat pull downs 115lbs
Reverse Flys laying on incline bench 20lbs
Pull ups 3x8
Iso Lateral Pull downs 180 lbs

Stick with me guys I am not very detail oriented so doing a log is hard on my brain.
I also did some light ab and core.

Went to my main Chinese spot Kung Pao Beee over Brown rice No MSG. Refuel for tonights foot work and leg band work for speed. I will start looking up some the names of these things I do or might just start taking pictures. Like tonight I take those real small band black and put them around my ankles and walk forwards 100 metres, then backwards, side straddle left, side straddle right and repeat 3x. Some speed ladder work, shuttle runs and finish off with some light ball control work.

Oh yea some carbs today since I work out twice so far only 2 meals the chines was 450 calories so i am up to 1200 for the day so far. I have a feeling I am not eating frequent enough I need to get to the grocery store and get things organized. Feel like I am just kind of freestyling right now.
 
One more entry. I tell you what the Gh was kicking my ass with my joints. I know in the long run the Gh will repair just have to hang in there but for now that NPP kicked in yesterday................I feel good. I can push weight with out as much pain. The past several weeks it has been like a cement mixer in my joints. Not today or yesterday.

Ok jusy finished the evening session around I hour of emphasizing the fast twitching muscle fibers basically a bunch of agility crap. I am sure it can be quite entertaining for the on lookers at the rec center. So this is why I need to go to the grocery store. Ended up eating 2 fried chicken breast not overly
bad coming in at 600 calories and 1800 for the day. Taking in consideration that I had 1 hour weight and 1 HOUR cardio session . . ...I should be good Trust me I will get to the store tomorrow and clean this up but I know I will wake up tomorrow down a couple of pounds.
 
Alright down 2.7lbs on the scale. Knee's hurt a little bit but my recovery is going up its NPP 100 day so that always makes me happy. Had 2 frieds eggs and muenster cheese sandwich on Health Nut bread. 400 cals that bread is going to be the only carbs for today. Not sure what I will work out in the gym today I will probably do some light shoulder work. Anyone have any compound exercises for shoulders is Military press a compound exercise I am guessing so.
 
Alright breakfast this morning 4 eggs over easy and some Corned beef hash little high on the sodium for me because as know Nandrolone and salt = bloat. Good thing it is the morning I can sweat it our at my workout. 748 calories a little on the high side every Wednesday I meet friends for an early breakfast and this is what I hace but it is fuel for the rest of the day. So my thoughts are I am going to go for compound movements on lifting days higher reps but exercises that work multiple muscle groups. I am going to get away from isolating muscles except for my legs.

Smart sticking with compounds. I would move to some hardcore plyo routine for lower body work. Get really explosive. As a striker you only need to have a step in your mark to make the play. Make sure you get plenty rest/recovery though.

GH dose 1 hour pre-workout, fasted , could accelerate fat loss as well

military press is a great compound lift for the shoulders and tris and also a little upper chest. IMO the best shoulder movement is standing overhead press but te dofference between the two would hardly be noticable.

Holy typos. I mean "the difference" towards the end there.

Also i figure I'll throw this out there, if you want an amazing compound for the side delts, try behind the neck presses. If your shoulders are mobile enough to do it, that is.

Alright a little Shoulder workout 3 x12
Hammer Shoulder Press 180, 200, 220 lbs
Military Press 50 lbs just not like it used to be on this exercise such pain. Becomes so inflamed from the arthritis then the gear has it all pumped up....Ouch.
At this point I managed to get some lateral and front raises in but only 20lbs LOL!!! 3x15
Switched over and grabbed some upright rows on the smith machine 90 lbs 3x12
My shoulders are aching it was only about an hour ago but this is the first time in weeks were I felt I even made it through a sort of whole shoulder workout especially military press it has been awhile.

PWO Protein Shake big 500 calorie one had 1 cup of greek yogurt, some 100% cacao, tbsp. of almond butter. Good stuff already hungry again though.

Oh yea found some legit var I forgot about so going to run that for about 3 weeks its all I have. 40mgs QD.
 
Ugh recovery is so/so today I think I ma feeling the effects over running under 2000 calories a day. I am going to go work out my arms because everything else is sore. Knees and shoulders are thumping a bit.

Just a wimpy shake for breakfast. I typically have a few ales on Friday this will be the first Friday in a while were i will attempt to leave the beer alone.
 
Ice them shoulders as soon as you're done working on them. It has helped me out a lot since I started doing it right after my workout.

You know what I was thinking of doing grab those big bags of ice on the way home and start doing some ice baths. I used to love those tubs back in the day get in that sucker as long as you can handle it.
 
Alright no days off this weekend as far as cardio and soccer goes. Diet was ok over the weekend managed to stay away from beer but did have a couple glasses of wine. This mornings weight the same as Fridays I consider that a victoryThrew down and smoked an 8lb brisket yesterday that will feed me for a few days. Today I kind of consider the true start to the diet. I went to the store going keto and calorie deficit today and for the next couple of weeks.

I added T4 to the mix for some lethargy issues and hope the added Var will bring some strength to the weight room for me.

Today is chest don't plan on going big but reps.
