I've actually used mandybio for a few orders. Found them searching online, not from forums or anything. The rep was very good at communicating, Shipping was fast and the products were good. The rep I used was on telegram, so if this is actually them I can vouch.

better to under-promise and over-deliver than the opposite

manage expectations: tell everyone it will take 2 weeks (which is still faster than average for international to US T/A), and let them be pleasantly surprised if it lands sooner
