6'3 190lbs, that is pretty small. Especially for someone on AAS.

His frame doesn't look bad at 190, so he does hold it better than a lot of people would at that height. However, I agree with what you are saying. Talking shit at 190 just seems like a joke to me.

But to be 6'3"...you should easily be able to hit over 190 especially while using AAS. I just cut from nearly 250 down to around 212. Went a little too far, actually, so I'm going to go back up to around 225-230 which is my natural weight.

Same here i accidentally cut rather, i was literally 205 1 month ago so im adjusting diet and routine and am back to 197 now. My AR is a DPMS basico super basic however chambered in 5.56

I've been going back and forth to the ICU at the veterinarian and waiting around with my hands in my pockets. One of my dogs is an escape artist. Nearly 13 years old but hasn't missed a beat yet. She slipped when trying to jump my privacy fence for the millionth time. Her foot got caught between two boards.

I found her hanging upside by her back left leg down with her leg stuck in the wood. She had already started trying to gnaw her own leg off. Right now she is paralyzed on one side and I don't know if she is going to survive.

So, yeah, I've been distracting myself with Meso.

She slipped when trying to jump my privacy fence for the millionth time. Her foot got caught between two boards.

I found her hanging upside by her back left leg down with her leg stuck in the wood. She had already started trying to gnaw her own leg off. Right now she is paralyzed on one side and I don't know if she is going to survive.

So, yeah, I've been distracting myself with Meso.

I love my girl Shepard, she has a third of my heart. Food ran low out one time from her dispenser; which the opening happens to be the size of 1/2" less than her neck diameter...hadn't I come home from work when I did to rip if off my poor puppy she was about to be critical.. I became depressed thinking of that situation just that only had her a year and ment so much to me. Another time.. thinking I was telling her to jump over what was a bridge rail wall, but was rather snapping her to the far side from sidewalk near a busy street....she jumped 16 feet down to a 2" filled reservoir luckily only a sprain and chipped tooth I almost jumped over to get her........Condolences to your situation and hope your ole pup lives another 5 yrs happily even if disabled. Sad story bro damn....

I appreciate it, guys. I was shocked at how calm I was when I discovered her. I yelled for my wife to come help and then I worked on trying to get her leg out.

It was fucking crazy. She was hanging upside down by her leg like you see animals hung in a slaughterhouse.

I was instantly sick to my stomach. She was like that for hours. She is very fucking tough. She has been shot by someone with a shotgun before, sent missing for 45 days in 100+ degree heat, etc.

I just hope this isn't too much. I had just pinned some TNE about 45 minutes before. So you know I raged like a madman on the way to the vet. I was punching my steering wheel, and cussing myself for not finding her earlier, and crying like a maniac while driving pretty damn fast to get to the vet.

She never whimpered or made a sound. Totally out of character for her. At the vet all she wanted to do was get me to put my hands under her head and hold her. We have 3 other dogs. They didn't even bark one time the rest of that first night. It was like they were in mourning.

Dogs have a pack instinct, and when one gets injured or dies they go into something like mourning.

Very well said. However, it's not uncommon to have a .40, .45 in subcompact for concealed carry, they are very popular these days. With 230 grain critical defense ammo they will put a hole in something and likely, something behind that. It's a very dangerous game. Anyone who has had training, will not threaten another this way. It is a very good way to get hurt or even killed.
