Can anyone say if massbuilderpharm is close to shutting down? Is he still legit?

The obvious answer is if anybody knew, then everybody would know, and you would too. The ugl's do not put up 'Going Out of Business' signs and announce to everyone they are getting ready to shut her down.

All you can do is watch for the signs that the other failed and bailed ugl's have shown on their way out. As those signs start to appear, the other members here will be calling them out in the sources thread.

In other words, read the last 20 pages of the thread and see how things are going. But ANY lab at ANY TIME can bounce, and most all of them do so at some point.

First package I ordered came right at 7 days. My second order is going on two weeks, asked him about it a couple days ago and haven't heard back so I just messaged him again today. Nor trying to bash MB or dissuade you, I'm not super worried as It was just an anticipatory order and I am all set for the time being. This does seem like it's been happening more often from what I've read. The gear has been fuckin killer though.

Yep same here bout the gear. He told me it shipped but "the storm" up north is holding up the mail.

He is showing sings of being overwhelmed with no minimum. His shippers had been slow from the get go if you ask me but it's getting longer T/A for some time.l would hold off ordering until all orders had been recieved by members who are couple weeks out . Storm was only few days not weeks

Yeah, I think this will probably be my last order from mb, gear is good and prices are pretty damn great but I think in the future I will be using someone a little bit more reliable as far as shipping goes. And if I never end up getting it, that sucks but it's whatever, I never spend more than I can afford to lose.

But I was talking to him last week abt some stuff and it was taking forever for him to respond . So I asked if he could respond a little faster with the ingots I needed
And he did say that he had a death in the family. Now rather or not that is true . I don't know. And if it is . Sorry for the loss.
And again I ain't making excuses . Just letting the board know what was told. And I hope things gets better for ya'll.

Good to know. If it is true that sucks, I think people do forget that shit happens. This isn't some huge corporation, just some guy like the rest of us.

Signs a UGL is getting ready to bail:

--orders start taking longer to be received

--communication gets slower

--orders start showing up incorrect (wrong items, missing items, etc)

--ugl starts offering up personal reasons for the above (death in family, roof caved in, wife left him for a lesbian, etc)

I'm not sayin' that this lab is getting ready to bail, I'm just sayin'!

And I swear, none of those reasons are made up - they have all been used at least once here.

Very true . Excuses are like ass holes , everybody has one.

But I have absolutely no idea what is true or not . As I am just a customer and gear head like everyone else . And I hope he is not on the verge of GOB or even doing worse things. Cause the gear has been pretty solid . But it happens. I have made several orders from MB and sometimes I get a fast response and sometimes I wonder if I he will respond. And a few times I had to bug the shit out of him to get a response. And I have seen were members packs don't land in the time a expected. And it does suck. And I hope that he is simple having issues within his business and not going south or worse . I have been doing some reading and research on signs of controlled shipments. And do any of ya'll think that might be a possibility . And I want to say that is simply a question and not trying to start any rumors . Cause I don't know.
