Mass program

Anyone have or know any good training programs out there for putting on mass? Getting bored with mine and want a new challenge.

I'm not referring to nutrition, I mean like a training program. I'm aware that more calories equals more mass.

Like training program is not what puts on mass. Your nutrition does that. Your training program shouldn’t change whether cutting or massing.

I disagree, I think training styles can definitely have an effect. You're gonna tell me if I stay on the same nutrition plan and do high rep endurance training, or do heavy training of 6-8 reps, my physique will be the same?

Why would you do endurance training if you’re into bodybuilding?

You are missing the fundamental knowledge. Read and learn more from credible sources. If you do a 6-8 rep program and not consume enough calories it won’t matter cause your won’t grow.

There's a lot of bodybuilders that believe in high rep low weight workouts is there not? I've seen many bodybuilders claim someone who uses PEDS would benefit and grow more from that kind of training. I don't necessarily agree but it's out there. I might be wrong but I thought this was pretty common.

Also it's not just calories that matter. Getting the right amount of carbs, protein, and healthy fats are essential for growth not just your caloric intake.

Now you talking kid. That’s nutrition. Look into high intensity and progressive overload programs. Power builder style. Hit, DC , smart volume approaches. Look into Jordan peters and Steve Shaw.

Gaining mass, aside from nutrition, is different for everyone.

How long have you been training?

If you've been at it long enough, you should know what makes you grow...

My legs grow on heavy, low rep... My arms only grow with tons of volume, multiple sessions per week, and chasing the pump..

You need to experiment with finding out how you grow...

Look down a few post at dual factor bodybuilding. Great program ask @gr8whitetrukker and all the others. It was written by @weighted chinup. I'm sure he will answer any questions you have.

If you think you are too good for that program(you aren't) then look at DC training, fortitude training, or any of Meadows books.
