Mast e home brew or QSC

I just brewed 200ml of 250mg mast e in mct. Question is how much am I really saving if I just went ahead and bought the ready made oils from say QSC? I mean yes I made it at 250mg, they make it at 200mg. But after buying carrier oil, ba, bb, vials, filters, raws, etc...what did I really save?
Of course I have piece of mind knowing it was done right. But then again they have an actual lab.

You're a big boy. You can manage to calculate that yourself. But I checked my receipts a few years ago and calculated everything. 10 ml of test e cost me like 5 dollars. Which is on the expensive side. Some of my stuff were expensive and hard to get.

Thanks big boy. I wasn't asking you to do the math for me.

Question was more of me pondering on whether it's worth it...not so much money wise. But the time and effort. It is a little fun playing Chemist from time and again.

My take on it is there is more to consider than just cost alone
The cost of QSC finished oils is very low. I’ve bought finished Tren A from them one time everything else has been raws (besides HGH and peptides of course). I don’t like the vials at all and I wanted to refilter so I filtered into much better vials which made the end cost of that kit go up.
With raws if you’re getting a decent amount you are limiting your legal exposure to a degree once you receive that one order. You’re not making a bunch of orders for vials. Everytime i need anything now I just brew up a batch of 50-100 ml. No ordering. Same thing with all my ancillaries. I just make up a 60 ml bottle of suspension in 10 mins every once in a while.
Also, purchasing the carrier oil, BB and BA covers you for many brews so it doesn’t factor into the cost as a one time purchase.

Other factors are choice of carrier oil, amount of solvents and concentration. You being able to brew Mast at 250 was a nice choice to be able to make to reduce oil volume. I’m running a large blast right now with NPP and Primo and Test and the oil volume is pretty high. Brewing my Test C at 300 mg/ml this time helped me to reduce my oil volume a good amount.
I also appreciate the confidence of knowing exactly how the brew was done start to finish. Sterile, accurate and control of solvents are all a plus in my book.

I have considered it.

Id rather buy from a brewer from time to time.

Maybe my next order will have 10 vials of mast in it. Something to last me for years

For me I'll never use enough gear to make homebrewing worth it from a cost analysis standpoint.

However the bigger issue for me is the MUCH harsher legal implications of homebrewing.

I'm not gonna get pinned to the wall and take that risk to save 2$ a vial.

Thanks, some pretty good points.

I can understand that way of thinking also. I figure I take less home deliveries and hopefully reduce my risk as well. What I just brewed will last me at least a couple years.

Yeah that's a concern for me too, but I typically only make one order for the year as my schedule and plans are exceptionally predictable

I really like the idea of being able to fully control my end product but I tend to go off the deep end with hobies.

For example Brewing reminds me of bullet making where I ended up with three reloading presses, casting molds, liber/sizer machines, etc… now it all just sits in boxes as I don’t shoot a ton anymore and the math does not pencil on my time. I can very easily see the collection pile and end results from brewing.

For me I’m using some level of self control and just ordering QSC bulk which is already a boatload of gear! Stocking up is a way to stop myself from seeing how deep the rabbit hole is because I know I’ll end up on the bottom if it if I peek in. You seem to have more self control though and if you already have the setup, why not keep it up?

Ps: I enjoy how much you also seem to love mast! Really underrated

Yes, I have been responding very well to mast in combo with test. Maybe it's helped free up some much needed shbg? Also really enjoy the reduction of subcutaneous water retention. Trying really hard to just be happy at weighing over 250lbs since I'm now an old man. It's been a struggle. Next struggle is to lean up to around 10-12% bf. Hoping to be able to stay at least 240lbs and lean. Probably be more like 235lbs but we shall see.
I don't remember ever using a compound like mast that allowed me to have full body pumps regardless of the body part I'm working on. My arms are crazy pumped when I do push day (chest, shoulders, triceps). Shoulders get pumped while doing back and arms...crazy but nice.

4Drago, what’s your cruise dose at? I read another member cruising at 150/150 test/mast with perfect bloodwork and can’t remember if that was you? I ask because I’ve been running low test/mast for long enough now to order bloodwork and find out the actual score and I’m curious if others test/mast fans are in the same boat?

I'm planning to cruise about at those doses. Maybe 100/100
