I don't think mast lowers e2. I've done lots of bloodwork and ran up to 1g of mast p.
In my experience mast first has a positive effect on sex drive and then it crashes. Upping test has always improved libido/erections.
Vigorous Steve has several videos on this. He says your shbg gets too low and that's why it happens.
