Have you asked anyone who likes experimenting with home brewing and is active in that forum if it is feasible/what they think about it?

I dont see of why

1. it would exist
2. anyone would use it
3. find a source that has the raws and you can take it from there.

To be frank I am pretty sure it doesn't exist

Not sure drostanolone (no ester) has ever been available. Masteron was drostanolone propionate.

If you could get the raw you are done. Mix it up as troche or with humco to make a paste and apply buccally. Straight into bloodstream.

Drostanolone propionate/enanthate could also be taken this route. They pass through oral mucosa or skin. Obviously different PK profile than straight up Drost.

You can make it your self with esterfied masteron. You just need to heat it up in organic solvent with sodium hydroxide. Search ester hydrolysis.
Then it’s a matter of of separation and purification
