I gotta agree, I have nothing against people using it though. If they're happy let it be. Maybe some really need it for unknown reasons. I don't judge.I refuse to take ozempic or tirz. I need to be able to eat. I'm currently on a cut. Went from 3700-4000 calories down to 2500 (230g protein). If you have the mindset you don't need ozempic or tirz.
I'm only slightly hungry at night after all my meals are down. This has been easy to deal with.
One cheat meal every Friday night. I eat up to 400g carbs for my cheat. It helps keep me sane and something to look forward to. So far in 2 wks I've gone from 253lbs to 243lbs.
Cheat meal also helps allow those glycogen levels to reup.
But, I myself think it's just unnecessary drug and I don't like adding something not really needed. I just like you prefer to use my will power to diet and when I feel the need, I just cut the calories and embrace being a bit hungry, it's normal and feels damn good to have control over something like that.
