Max dosage anavar daily? Effectiveness of multiple daily dosages?

I am taking 80mg daily right now, split dose.

I enjoy the cosmetic effects but I don't get the strength increases to the same extent as others (do it seems). I've wondered more than once if my var is underdosed.
I've been on 50mg daily for 3.5 weeks and the pumps and vascularity on the gym are insane, but 0 strength gains. I too have been questioning the validity.

I've been working for over 11 years, and my favorite cycle is Test, Anavar 50 mg. My lipids are perfect. I don't know, maybe it's genetics. Pumps, veins, and muscle volume.

It's possible you have a genetic polymorphism in your hepatic lipase that saves your lipids. That said, if I had to lay a bet, I would first send that Anavar off for testing. It's one of the most often faked compounds, and raws prices have skyrocketed recently. However, even the scummiest of shitty sources will at least throw you some Winstrol instead, which should torch your HDL just as well. I can't think of any other ingredient that would fit into a single capsule to give you pumps and vascularity. Arginine / citrulline would require a bit more volume of powder. The only thing that comes to mind is tadalafil / sildenafil. Way cheaper than Var and lots of pumps.

It might be good to have that Var tested either way. That HDL is very suspicious for any oral especially anavar. You should at the very least get a bit in terms of neural drive and feeling of well being on the anavar. And as long as you're not deep in a calorie deficit, you should get some size and strength from 50 mg daily. I cut my anavar a few days ago and I miss it already.

Yes I am considering tbol or anadrol for the next go around.
Depending on your goals, if you're looking for size / strength cant go wrong with anadrol. But be mindful if you use it for fullness / training boost during a cut. I've been experimenting with it and after 2 to 3 days of consecutive use it's given me a noticeable appetite boost. Not a bad thing, but can kind of ruin the party on a diet.

At only 25mg of oxandrolone I have a different look within a week. Adding it to Test/EQ and I’m Full as a house and skin thins out as well after a couple weeks. The pumps, the neural drive, focus and euphoric feeling. It’s a very addictive experience for me. More than 25mg and nothing really gets better. Only run 6 weeks at a time. Typical Labs are a little “off” but recover quickly. Everyone’s generic profile will determine your individual response. Takes time to figure out what compounds work for each person. Oxandrolone is one of best compounds for me. Of course you have to verify the quality of the compound you have.

Well now I definitely think mine is fake. I guess I'll know more after my lipids test in a few days.

So my parents never smoked or drank alcohol, and neither did my grandparents.
I use anavar 50 mg, 6 weeks cycle and 6 weeks break. I do not use statins.

Anavar from Wuhan

Wow that's wild. My total cholesterol is lower but my LDL and HDL aren't even that good off gear.
What's your breakfast? I've always said that we forget about the gallbladder's function. Many people don't take it seriously, but it's a vital organ.
Why am I talking about breakfast? Your bile was stored in your gallbladder overnight. You need to create a good breakfast so that bile functions as it should. Many people don't eat butter, fats, etc.
And my blood test confirms this

My breakfast is grapes, a banana, a piece of sourdough bread, and a protein shake with almond milk.

Bro, this isn't breakfast. You should definitely have fats for breakfast, like butter, avocado, and salad, for example, scrambled eggs with yolks, or salad and olive oil, for example.

Breakfast is my pre-workout meal, as I wake up around 8:30 and go to the gym at 11:00. If I eat something too heavy, especially with fats, I'm extremely sluggish and have a bad workout. I could probably handle an avocado though, that wouldn't be too bad.

Well, first of all, it's not normal to wake up at 8:30 a.m., at least for your gallbladder. Also, you can't take long breaks between meals. You need to wake up earlier, I'm sorry, but it's true. And it's best to have a proper breakfast, not those protein powders, etc.

My gall bladder doesn't know what time it is. At best it knows how much sleep I got, which is 8-9 hours most nights. 8:30 is when I wake up naturally, sometimes 8:00. People's natural circadian rhythms vary quite a bit, and I've always been more of a night person and not a morning person. I can force myself to wake up earlier but then I'm miserable and tired, regardless of how early I go to bed. Trust me, I did it for decades and this awful.

I've been doing this for 30 years and I've experimented with all sorts of breakfasts/pre-workout meals, and this one is ideal for me. It gives me the best balance of energy without being too full.

8:30 is my breakfast and my post workout meal is around 12:30. I'd hardly call that a long break.

Then you just need to change your diet. Yes, I understand about the circadian rhythm. Regarding the break, I meant not to take breaks longer than 4-5 hours. Also, do not drink cold water with ice.
