I received a message today on Facebook about the Maximus testosterone blood testing kit.
The basic kit is $100 and checks things like Free and Total Testosterone, SHBG, Estradiol (E2), LH, FSH, TPSA, ALT, and Vitamin D.
The advanced kit is $150 and includes everything in the basic kit, plus GGT, Hematocrit, Creatinine, and HbA1c.
Has anyone tried this kit before? I’m in New York and getting bloodwork done here is a pain. Just getting the tests from the basic kit at Quest or LabCorp would cost me around $200–$250+. My doctor only does a full blood panel every 6 months for my TRT. The remainder of the year I pay out of pocket… for obvious reasons.
Thoughts?
