May be the end of the line on gear for me. Having LUTS saw the urologist and he said my prostate is enormous.

I came back down to my TRT dose, started an alpha blocker, started Bactrim course of antibiotics and am taking pygeum and things have calmed down in the prostate. Strangest thing is my morning wood started to return too whereas I had ZERO on the test primo which is really strange to me as I have taken primo before in that ratio and my E2 was perfect at 34.

Primo is a prostate nightmare in a vial. I ran all kinds of compounds never had prostate problems did one primo cycle blew out my prostate. Never again with the primo. I have chronic bph and all kinds of urinary issues. Don’t get me wrong lots of men can use primo without a problem. I’m just not one of them. I’d like to know the percentage of men who suffer prostate issues from primo. I bet it’s much higher than anyone realizes.

I'm dealing with that shit now. I bet I got up and pissed 10 times last night. Doc stuck his finger in my ass and said prostrate was good. But on the next visit he ordered an ultrasound, and I forget what it's called but they stick a camera in your pee hole. I told him I won't be doing that.

So what is a good PSA?
My last labs were 1.88, but I did not think it was a matter of concern because the reference range says less than 4. Mine has been 1.8 or so for many years.

The way my urologist explained it was they look for CHANGE (in the up direction) in the baseline number. So if you are normally at 2 and the next tets shows you at 2 (plus or minus a few tenths) - no concern. If you are normally a 2 and the next test you are a 4, this would be concerning or at least warrant more testing.
Why not run cialis as a staple for the prostate?

Cialis actually can irritate your urinary tract. Took me and my primary 6 months to figure it out. I was assuming it was my prostate flaring up….

What was it instead of your prostate flaring up?
How did you figure out that it was caused by Cialis?

I was having painful urination frequently. UTI symptoms are very similar to bph and a side effect of Cialis. We treated the uti and stopped the Cialis.

How long after you quit the Cialis did your symptoms disappear. I just was prescribed mirabegron for frequency, but the pharmacy had to order them. I wonder if the 5 mg of Cialis I take is contributing to the problem.

My wife checked my prostate 2 nights ago. She didn't say anything. Maybe she can check it again this weekend.

I had the camera in the pee hole once because I was born with a smaller around than normal urethra.
Over time scar tissue can form and make it hard to pee so occasionally they will take a look with the scope to see if it needs stretched. Even with a smaller urethra the camera/scope doesn’t hurt. It just feels like you gotta pee. Now the ramming and widening of the urethra is a different story…
