I am currently a natural lifter who works on a bit of strength and performance training. I've been training for 7 years now first bit was for sports and then got out of the team sports world and into solo sports and now I lift because I love it.
Stats:
22 y/o
5'8 190#
14%BF
43" chest
33" waist
24" legs *around meatest part*
15.5" arms
16.5" neck

I have a relatively thick bones and from a few of the studies I've seen with height and bone thickness *usually measured around ankles and wrists from what I've seen* my genetic max potential is around 190lb at 8-10% body fat so not there yet.

My plan was, well it was to start a cycle on my 23rd birthday but I've been reading a lot in the past couple months and I'm thinking about pushing it back further. Progression is slow these days but I've been reading a lot from this site in different sections and I've learned a lot that I want to try before steroids.

Making the introduction so that maybe I can contribute here and there and it seems to be common practice that new people make a intro if they want good responses for their questions.

Welcome! the best advice is to look around the board and make an educated decision. There is a lot of information on here. I would keep researching — read training logs, nutrition posts, training, etc.

The one thing a lot of younger, and older, guys don't realize diet is an important factor in growth and cutting. If your diet sucks, your cycle won't yield the results you're after.

I personally believe 23 is still too young to start a cycle. I would advise you to train naturally for a few more years.

I have a fairly good grasp on training and nutrition knowledge came from 150lb 3 and a half years ago to 198lb at my biggest but now cutting down to around 180. I don't plan on trying steroids for a little while yet now, so just going to snoop about here.

You can definitely learn. You will be encouraged to train naturally. If you can't make progress training with high natural test levels, steroids will do you very little good.

Steroids work best if you have sound training and a solid understanding of nutrition.

Welcome friend.

Meso welcomes you. This place isnt jus for juicers. Anybody can learn a great deal about training an nutrition around here. Read, learn, an Enjoy. Theirs no need to make impulsive decisions about using aas at your age. You still havr a few more years to better yet get as close as possible to your genetic potential bro. Build onto what yiu already have naturally for abou 3 more years. By then yih will have all the knowledge an understanding of how to run your first an any other future cycles you may run on down the road. You have the rest of your life to cycle if you so choose to. Do your body a favor an train naturally for a few more years bortha.
