Pretty sure I hurt something in my shoulders( right side)
I'm not a huge guy 190lb been on TRT for the last year 200mg a week split into 3 doses. My training is usually lower weight higher reps 12-20 rep range. I used to be a boxer so I never trained super heavy. Also the past 6 months were more just maintaince workouts I wasent trying to break plateaus or burn out. With working 55-60hrs a week 6 days a week, just even getting to the gym was almost a long shot. I decided I was getting tired of not really growing and adding strength like I could if I wasent to busy being such a vagina and worried about struggling to get through my physical work days all tired and sore from the gym and decided to cut back hours at work and give my self more time that I can dedicate to the gym and eating proper. So.i switched my workouts to 6-10 rep range of failure with drop sets
And pretty much I started a blast at with 600mg
Test Ex14 weeks,
dbol 50mgx 4weeks
300mg NPPx wk 5-14
( it's been a long time I took dbol or NPP so it sounded like a better idea to start them at different times so if I get any sides I know which it is)
I've been on a blast for 5 weeks now and this past week towards the end.of my chest workout out my right shoulder was on fire. But I was able to finish my workout.
I did do my back routine on a diff day and I pretty much got through it but started get similar pain at resting in between sets. But was able to finish my workout same thing with shoulder workouts that week.
Yesterday though I got through 5 sets of chest presses and my shoulder was on fire bad that I couent even lift anymore that day. I tried going really light like switching up to bodyweight dips and I couldn't even do 2. The pain went away after a 5-10 mins but I wasent trying to lift after that and risk getting hurt. The pain is also gone now but I'm pretty sure if I were to go to lift the same thing would happen again.
So obviously I should go see a DR but should I even risk continuing working out or should I avoid certain movements. Also maybe tone down the weight a little bit? Any of you guys have experience with shoulder Injurys?
