Mayweather vs Pacquiao

Gosh, I wish I had been following these two. Only saw each one fight a few times when they were considerably younger. Contrasting styles. Pacquiao reminded me, with his determination and dominating will power of a young Julio Cesar Chavez. I guess it's going to come down to what each one has lost due to age. Mayweather was a lot better boxer, but usually it's the speed and reflexes that start to go first (along with the legs). we'll start seeing in the later rounds, unless someone gets lucky early on.

I am probably in for this fight. I love boxing, but it has changed. Watching boxing the 70's, 80's and 90's was great. So many classic fights. But at the end of 90's not so many good match ups in the heavy weight category. Is was all the under weights.
We all would have loved to see this fight five years ago, but it still should be fun!

Finally the fight everybody has been wanting to see. I'll be rooting for Pacquiao, but I'm sure Mayweather is going to win. I wouldn't expect a very exciting fight. Mayweather is just going to play defense and run while scoring points. Still should be worth checking out, I guess anything could happen.
Im ready for Mayweather to go down ....he"s like Kanye West with boxing gloves .

I haven't paid for a fight since, well I can't even remember when. Boxing has sucked but I am gladly going to pay the $60 or whatever it is to watch Mayweather get that first loss!! He's been running for YEARS!! I think he finally realized he'll forever be remembered as a punk and not an undefeated "champion" if he doesn't do this.

Mayweather is a punk, I heard he ran up a ridiculous bill n had the waitress jump through hoops then left without leaving a tip. I think if manny can play dirty n get close he'll win.(that was said without sexual overtones)
Watching him "swim" on a king size bed full of millions of dollars on Youtube was nauseating....Ali was cocky & arrogant but at least he had class ...

I would have to agree with you. Mayweather will have an easy night. Manny isn't quite the same boxer as of late. Both boxers skills are diminishing but Mayweather has a lot more left in the tank. 5 yrs ago this would've been a hella fight. But now, the kid from Grand Rapids will make this look easy. I'm still in to watch it for sure.

Man I dislike Mayweather as much as anyone, but time & time again the fucking guy wins. I want Pacman to win but I would never put money on it. I'll be pulling for the guy but I think it's a couple years past Pacmans time. Fingers crossed
