Mazdutide Body Comp Data

I don't take the LBM loss too seriously. These people they run these test on are not upping their protein nor are they weight training. A 60/40 loss is pretty standard actually on a simple calorie restriction with no extra protein or weight training.
Yeah. Semaglutide was right there as well at 39%, and mazdutide’s number is probably made worse by this being a 48 week trial (vs the usual 70). Front-loaded water weight changes and less time to make up for it with fat loss later on.

But tirzepatide’s 25% ratio is looking very good right now.

They take some big lazy fatty, give them a series of injections, and then take measurements after a month or two of sitting on their ass. Not helpful at all.

Muscle is metabolically expensive: it takes away precious resources that the rest of your body (and specially your brain, the one calling the shots most of the time) are in 24/7 competition for. Unless you're constantly telling your body "hey jackass, we need more energy and aminoacids directed towards being stronger" (aka training hard enough) your body will not build muscle. Think of it from an economics standpoint: if you were, say, building a house, would you rather spend the money on a solid foundation and walls that won't fold like an acordeon with a light breeze, or blow it on expensive paint and furnitures?

Luckily muscle lost is also incredibly easy to regain compared to the effort it took to build it and even more so if you throw PEDs in
