Shouldn't Medium Chain Triglycerides be kept away from heat?
Well, I mean for health benefits effect lowering with heat..

Palm-kernel oil is more stable to high heat and is often used in cooking.

It turns out that palm kernel oil is very similiar to coconut oil in terms of its saturated fat content and MCTs.

I brewed some npp and prop last night. Holy shit does this oil filter fast. I wasn't even pressing that hard and it would start to just flow out of the filter. The oil is super thin, like coconut oil pretty much. And nice and clear. Forgot to snap a picture, will post later. Fuck gso lol

You got this at whole foods? Its MCT oil? I may grab some this weekend. What brand is it?
 
Good shit. Yours is kind of yellow. Mine was clear as water. Did you get the same brand? What are you filtering with?
 
Yeah, i got the same stuff, it was clear in the bottle, but my deca was a little bit yellow. That may account for the color. Pinning it tonight.
 
Pinned a bit a couple days ago. Smooth as silk. @MythotiK not that I ever doubted you, just first chance I had to use it.
I can now see using anything else to brew is a waste especially if your going to be pinning allot of oil.

well just got some mct oils and now the only question I have is if it's as good as everyone says it is wtf am I going to do with all this gso!!! I just bought a gallon and used 500ml out of it, boooo
