Thanks, thats what I ended up getting. Does stuff like MCT and BA/BB really expire after 2-3 years? No point in buying a decent amount if it will expire.

I don't know if the BA and BB expires, but the MCT might, I wouldn't hold on to it for more than 3 years or so and make sure when you filter that you don't break that filter . It is pretty easy to break some of them.

Not really, I went with an organic brand once as I didn't have enough experience to know it's better to go with USP, now I try always to get USP with whatever brand I end up with. That's kind of a must for me now. Never had any issues, but still

Swanson pharmaceutical MCT is great and PVL is really good too! PVL is canadian and is more pricey but I think its top tier MCT.
