Meal Prep Question

So I am going to take a serious run at putting on some serious mass over the next 6 months:
Assume I was to prep food on Sunday:

Main Meats:

Cod Fish
Beef Tenderloin
Chicken

Can I prep for the next 6 days (M-Sat) or will I be getting into food poisoning?

If you have any tips or anything, I would love to hear. My whole life working out at the gym has never been an issue, eating has been my weakness.

No, you will not get food poisoning.

Get yourself a nice big set of Tupperware and go to town my man. I usually cook a big round of meats on Sunday and Wednesdays... I cant cook enough food for 6 days, not enough space on grill nor enough storage space in the fridge.

You can go 7 days out. (Generally restaurant health codes allow you to have food prepared for 7 days before you must throw it out.) The older the food gets, the quality starts to break down. I like doing my chicken 3-4 days out. Anything after that it gets a bit chewy. Just my experience.

These were my days as well. I then started cooking all of it on Sunday and putting half in the freezer, then I would take it out Wednesday morning.

Now I don't have to worry about it, as Wendy's has my food ready when I am.

Don't forget the carbs!! I cook 12 cups of rice and then divide it up into 2cup containers and FREEZE them all. When I'm ready to eat, pop it into the microwave for 3.5minutes. Freezing locks in the water and moisture so when you heat it up it comes back to life very very well.

Personally I'd do 2 food preps a week minimum. Just for freshness and taste.

I find every 3 days to be more pleasant for me. I pressure cook all my food 3 days in advance.

Food prep takes me 1 hour every 3 days.

I myself cook enough meat for usually 3 days so twice a week but as for my veggies and carbs I always make enough with every nights dinner so I have enough for the following days lunch sometimes 2 days worth

Thanks for the comments
Going with 3 days at a time and making sunday a free for all eat day ( All healthy of course)

What's the problem with canned chicken and sardines? :-)
