I can't even tan without MT2 - just go red like a lobster lmao. Makes a hell of a difference for us pasty ghouls.
I get a nice even brown with it + tanning bed. Appetite suppression is nice on a cut as well. IIRC studies have shown MT2 also directly promotes fat burning as well as improvements with insulin sensitivity (said studies should be easily found on google if you want to scrutinize them yourself, been a while since I read them). Anecdotally, at least, I believe that to be true. I have been taking T4 (prescribed) for hashimotos and I didn't feel 'right' until taking MT2 (call it placebo or coincidence, but I personally attribute it to the MT2 helping with insulin sensitivity, which hashimotos gives a big F U to). I also noticed a significant increase in fat loss after starting MT2 again.
So gotta give that little peptide a lot of praise, personally. Like other posts in this thread, I also recommend conservative doses (ie 0.25mg). Seems most problems arise from people who are taking large doses, miscalculating their doses, etc. I usually reconstitute a 10mg vial with 2ml BAC water (I used sterile once but it caused irritation during injection). All it takes is 3 little notches (5IU) on a 1ml insulin needle to hit 0.25mg, then. It looks like a very tiny amount of liquid, many people overestimate how much they need.
Won't lie about the moles/freckles though - you definitely can get some new ones or have faint ones get darker. They aren't so bad though and it seems the people who really have them pop up crazily are taking 1mg+ of MT2 or confusing where to draw on the needle... you really don't need that high of a dose!
