Melatonin=natty GH increase?

Is there truth in the header statement? I've read a few places that Melatonin either can
increase or aids in the output of GH. I have also read that red wine extract acts in a similar way? Is there a truth to any of this? Thanks.....:popcorn:
 
Im confused too. SOme people take it to sleep better, bu in some mags it says take it pre-workout to increase GH lol
