Several members participating in the “Meso’s Biggest Most Ripped” thread asked (actually told) me to do a cycle log for my first run with Tren. I ask that everyone please feel free to give your opinion and/or offer advice in regards to anything I am doing. I have been tossing metal and an AAS user for many years (25 give or take) and yet I feel like an infant warrior in this arena when I see all the knowledge here. I have learned so much during my short time here at Meso so I look forward to your help and support. I am committed to giving 100% during the next 12 weeks. If I slack off at anytime, you have my permission to verbally bitch slap me. No hard feelings.
Pre-cycle stats:
51 years of age
5’9” tall
190 lbs. ( 199 lbs. was my heaviest. My goal for this cycle is 210 lbs.)
BF% - I would guess low to mid teens.
Physical history:
Disc herniation’s at L4 & L5 – Surgery: double bi-lateral laminectomy. Currently getting epidural injections every 3 months. (This is a major issue at the moment.)
Bursitis in left hip. (Currently ok.)
Rotator issues in both shoulders. (This is a major issue at the moment.)
Bursitis in left shoulder. (Currently ok.)
Pain in the right distal bicep tendon. (Minor issue.)
I mention these issues because I pay the price when I do exercises such as squats, hack squats, leg presses, and deadlifts, so I haven’t done them in quite a while. I am going to try and incorporate them into my routine for this cycle at very low weight and increase as/if possible.
Pushing exercises for chest and shoulders, and, front and side raises for shoulders are possible at lower weights. I incorporate time under tension with lower weight for a lot of movements because heavier weights exacerbate my shoulder injuries.

75mgs Tren A ed.
75mgs Test PP ed.
100mgs Mast P ed.
25mgs Dbol ed.
A base mix of 25mg Tren, 25mg Stan, 50mg Test on workout days one hour prior to workout.
20mg Nolva ed.
Adex if/as needed
(This is my first real experience with Tren and pre-workout base injections so this should be a really wild ride for me.)
Food intake:
My starting diet will be in the neighborhood of : Calories = 4000/Protein = 300g.
Day 1 starts tomorrow. I’ll be doing my first injection of Tren A, Test PP, and Mast P tonight. My first dose of Dbol and base mix will start tomorrow pre-workout.
