I am looking for some tips from guys who have some time under their belt with the mens physique look. This look is my ultimate goal.

How does training differ between the different categories of competition?

What kind of AAS cycles do you think (or know) these guys use?

Nutrition is easy for me. I dont have a problem executing meal plans.
If I had to pick one dude to model it would be Jeremy Potvin.

Honestly I doubt training differs much just the amount of calories. they stay in shape almost all year so Men's physique guys are big so dont be under any illusions
 
Everyone is so different by what they train for and what they do....
I know some that take 750 test, 900 EQ up until the show, then switch to mast and tren with winny for the last 2 weeks then halo.
I know some that go natural and get first place...
Broad shoulders, wide lats, narrow waist, pretty smile.
