Ladies and gents,

Although most of us are going to start this community bulk in August, I wanted to start the thread to allow us to discuss the training models, drugs, diet, goals etc. It's always served me well to have a well organized system/plan before going into the next phase of my physique building. All are welcome to join, I would LOVE to see some female members participate too!

A few questions to get us started:

Do you prefer higher rep/lower weight or higher weight/lower reps for your bulks?

What's your Protein/Fat/Carb ratio generally look like?

Will you be following a standardized program, or do you "wing" it in the gym?

What has been the biggest road block for you in the past in terms of putting on quality mass?

What is a realistic goal for you to achieve this bulk?

6-15 rep range is pretty broad!
Yeah it is hahaha just what I like. My biggest road block is I always quit because I start getting a little to fat for my self to deal with and it causes some mental issues for me lol. I'm currently bulking on my first cycle and I'm really shooting for 265-270 but I keep stalling around 250

Eat more protein and time your carbs. Also, if you're feeling a bit too soft walk on the treadmill for 20minutes at an incline 2 or 3 days a week. Nothing crazy.

Exactly what I've been doing except for the timing carbs. Might give that a shot. Really wanting to hit 265 this time have never been more motivated.

Give it a try man. I tried it and really never looked back. You don't NEED carbs throughout the day in my opinion, just before, during and after you lift. On days with minimal lifting, try and eat meats, veggies and good fats.

A nice pre workout snack is 1/3 cup or so cream of rice or wheat, a TBSP of natty peanut butter and a bit of Hershey's syrup an hour before you lift.
 
Trust me @evarthecaveman, im the same way. My goal has been 250 forever, but everytime I get in the low to mid 240s I start seeing my face get round and let up.
And Im not even in it for looks, im all about strength. Just have to force myself to push through.
Part of the reason Im finally going to use some tren is to make this final push...
 
Subd, this will be a great thread WP. I'll let you know if the timing is right for me to be able to join in on the fun. I'll post up some answers to the questions in the first post when I have more time.
 
I just noticed my other log has like 31,000 views :eek::eek:.... lets bring this one to 100K as a community! I want even non-posters to be able to pick up a piece of knowledge, or a new routine, recipe etc. once in a while!

During bulk I prefer high weight low rep. Take advantage of the extra energy acquired while on a huge surplus of calories for the best strength gains.

What's your Protein/Fat/Carb ratio generally look like?

30/40/30 or 34/38/28


Will you be following a standardized program, or do you "wing" it in the gym?

Keep doing the same work out routine I've been doing for the last 10 years. It was until my last cycle I notice the results off my program considering the first 9 1/2 years I suffered from low t 214ng/dl @ 26 years old. But I was able to go from 145 to 186 during that time.


What has been the biggest road block for you in the past in terms of putting on quality mass?

Force feeding my self, which this last cycle I learned to discipline my self well in this aspect.


What is a realistic goal for you to achieve this bulk?
Get up to 205-210 at less than 15% BF

3 cycles previous experience plus prohormones and sarms waste
 
I might be down. It depends on when I get my stuff. I was undecided, between a Masteron, Primo, cycle. Or just Do another DBOL,Deca,EQ. I gained 40 lbs with Deca/Dbol/Eq. But I think if I did primo/mast I would gain 10-20 but get lean as a mofo. If I do Deca/Dbol/EQ. I am in. I was going to start in july. But I might push it back for this.
 
also for your qeustion wunderpus. I like doing 15-10 reps on cycle. And 10-6 reps off cycle.

I do 50 p, 100 c, 10 fat per meal. Easier to count macros. 50 g fiber.

I have a scheme of lifting I do. Depending on my body. I was doing Back/Chest. Legs. Arms/Shoulder. Now I am doing Back/bis. ChestTris. Legs. Calves/Shoulders/Abs/Forarms.

Last bulk i went 164-204. I am cruising now at 150 mg a week. I am still at 200. So next bulk. I would like to gain 20 lbs.

I have a question. The reason i don;t want to use Deca/Dbol/EQ again is because I just used it. I feel like it would be better for me to use different compounds. Or do you think it doesn;t matter.

Test, EQ, primo and masteron was probably the best cycle I've ever run.... The kitchen sink cycle, kind of.

I am going to PROBABLY run test @2G, EQ@1G, Deca @800mgs and potentially dbol for the first 4 weeks.

I wish scientists would invent new steroids for us instead of wasting their time on curing AIDS or cancer... Selfish.

To answer the question, I think time off really does increase it's effectiveness. Could be just psychosomatic, hard to know for sure. But, I love the rush of your muscles swelling from the dbol or the deca for the first time in a while, if you know what I'm talking about!
 
I'm going to be starting a test/npp cycle around August. Looking to gain about 20 pounds and get my squat, bench, and deadlift numbers up.
 
Hmmm.. I may join in on this but start a weeeeee bit early and make it a 20 weeker going into a cut..

Maybe 1g test 600 deca 40dbol leading into 500 test 400 teen 40 winstrol t3..... Hmmmmm
 
Subbed. My next cycle ends in August..... Normally bulk around November time. By then there will be plenty of info on thread and I may switch up my bulk depending on others experience. This thread has the potential to be something great.
 
I would feel bad to start this a month early. This is becacuse then everyone would start at dff times ruining the point.

Not ruining the point! Inevitably someone will read these posts in the future and take something from them. Why not kickstart that, for those of us who are starting after yourself?

No one really cares WHEN you start, it's about the info you provide to help us as a community together. The novelty of starting together is fun and all, but I'm sure many will start after I do.
