Hello Meso,

I've been lurking here since March. Active on a a few other boards(S**, P*). Same username. Former military combat Corpsman for the Navy/USMC, work in healthcare now. Dad bod to novice lifter. 38 and married with 2 kids. Was married for 4 years and became sedentary and started working out again with HIIT classes in 2022 at nearly 230lbs well over 20%+ BF. Did that for a 2 years and an aggressive keto stint. Started lifting in the HIIT classes and then on my own in addition. Started on TRT post-vasectomy and T was in 200s during all of this. Started TRT @ 100mg Cyp every 10d then every 7d then 200mg every 10d then every 7d. Found my way onto another forum for my first cycle. I've ran 3 cycles: 300mg Cyp x12w, 500mg Cyp x12w, and 500mg Cyp/350mg Mast P/ 210mg Tren A last 8 weeks of the 500mg Cyp 12 weeks for a total of 20 weeks. Currently in a health phase while lipids recover from that last blast and extended Var 50mg use over 8 weeks. Trialed oral Winny, DBOL, and Proviron. Also, running GH and a list of peptides/support during those cycles.

I have a crossposted log. I know a bunch of you already from around the forums. I have no intention to compete on the stage and am just woking on the best version of me. Trying to be the fittest white dad at the carne asada. But on a serious note I've really gotten into lifting and men's health. Studying for the MCAT and am an aspiring physician. My wife is 10 years younger and I have two sons age 6 and 3 so main motivator to stay in the best shape. I have never been in better shape and felt better. Im here for advice, community, harm reduction, joke and talk shit, and talk PEDs/fitness/nutrition, UGL gear.

Maintain mass post cycle/lean gain focus for next cycle soon. I don't always track this religiously due to my work schedule or eating food I don't prepare.

Sleep
I bounce back and forth from day and night shift. I could have a better sleep schedule. But I don't go home and ask my wife if she has her half of the bills. She raises them 5 days a week and works the other two. I pull two incomes myself clearing over $200k AGI solo. I work too much and don't sleep enough until my 3 year old is in school and she becomes a nurse. I do sleep when I can.

Gear
Currently cruising at 300mg Test E week 14 health phase with daily pinning. I used to pin weekly, twice weekly, 3 x's weekly and finally settled and daily pinning. Yeah, I know that's a high cruise. Im ok with the risk profile and bloods are good. I've been interpreting lab work for patients for over 11 years and for myself for years.

Next cycle will most likely be Test E/Mast P or Test E/Bold Cyp for lean gains. Was running Cyp TRT Pharma but have been stock piling and using UGL gear from another board. Using up some vials of Test E. Sitting on a bunch of goodies for future cycles.

4ius GH currently nightly PWO, post-meal, pre-bed, titrated up to 8 ius on cycle. Ran @Opti Goldtops for 2 kits and now gonna use up the Greentops. May switch to Sero.

6 day PPL I try and follow when not working or with family. I also supplement with HIIT classes and cardio runs.

Still trying to dial in my training and everything. I commonly work 60-100 hours a week on top of training so training is not always my priority. I don't always hit my macros or go over on my fats or don't drink enough water but I try. Sometimes I take 3-5 days or some weeks I do 2 a day for 4-5 days. My wife is in school and so am I and raising kids so it's hectic.
