Please sign in here if you would like to see us develop a separate forum or alt-user.group for recreational athletes age 40 or older. The forum would focus on training, nutrition, supplements, health tips, cycles, etc. specifically geared to the needs of the mature athlete. If you have specific suggestions for topics or articles, we'd be very grateful if you mention them in your post.

At 42 I will not take offense to that.I think it is a great idea and something I would use.Sign me up......It would be nice to learn more about the changes I am experiencing w/ my body at middle age.Also nice to learn about better ways to cycle and pct at this stage of my life..I am just now starting to experience low libido,loss of hearing,less flexibility,sleepness nights,joint problems etc......thanks , dennis
 
Using HGH. Famous for creating new muscle cells. Question is, does it really do so in someone over 50?
