Can we start off with a single ester first?

Given that GCMS is qualitative, if there is any bit of harmful degradation present in the lightest vial, then how would we quantitative the level of degradation between the darkest vial?

Semi quantitative on relative basis for compounds with steroid ring.

120 hplc plus 170 gcms.
That is 290 usd per vial.
Plus any consult time for Jano's team.

Otherwise if we just do 1 vial then we will have to get 3 of the same batch next time. Either way works for me. Probably makes sense to get a baseline with 1 vial to prove it out if folks dont want to spend alot off the bat.

Technically we can perform all on 1 vial, right?
Not that it'll lower the cost much.

The only issue is that if we need to go "back" and get more data, the initial vial is gone.

Another question…would reheating the sample produce the same result, or same effects, as a solution that was manufactured with similar heat and duration but done continuously?

Not trying to shoot holes in anything but looking at potential deviances between samples for comparison.

Wouldn’t a better option be to collect samples of one brew but at various stages?

Integral time, temperature history in presence of oxygen is the driver. Dont think it matters too much.

About comparison, the beautiful thing is you don't need any skillset to compare two graphs of two tren oils in different state of degradation.

we will see the color of the vials in jano test result anyway. i think its more important to relay which final color we want but both is fine

Matrix ran out of stock a day after I paid for TRA100. I have his TRA200 on the way as replacement but it won't make the cut. His TRE is also darker than primals.
