Once all the money is spent I will post the itemized invoice and then most likely I will let a trusted veteran member set up account that members can contribute to. If we have enough, I will select my contribution and then ask the vet member controlling the fund to reimburse me the difference. Hope that will work for everyone.

That way we keep this completely on the up and up and auditable with 3rd party witness. Remaining funds can go to next project?
