MESO "Specialized" Testing Group Fund

@B Ware i may have the solution for us, what if you brew some NPP and send the oil to test ( meso fund will pay for it)
If it's NPP at 89% purity the product will be X but if it's 71% NPP and 19% TPP or whatever it is then it will be massively underdosed isn't it?

Maybe it's a stupid idea but it does make sense in my mind xD

I have NPP that tested very pure so I could send that as well to run a GCMS on it. I don't know of any GCMS NPP lab test already done.

HPLC raw was 89% so if BWare brewed it assuming 100%, it would only be 10% under which is within reasonable user error (via HPLC)

GCMS is not quantitative so I don't think it's 71% NPP and 29% TPP; also because if it was 29% TPP, why didn't that show up on HPLC?

Mysteries... or I'm retarded (50/50 odds)

It's semi quantitative for steroids. It's when non steroids show up that messes the gcms up. Thankfully everything is steroid based so far, so I'd say it's a good gauge.

this company keeps showing all their in house testing so they should know its only 89% unless they are doctoring up their COAs. They should just add 10% extra product when they ship it out.

Id be more interested in the TNE, if brewed, what shows up GCMS and HPLC.

I got a feeling whatever turning stuff yellow isn't going to show up on GCMS. However there's more questions now about quality of raws that goes past purity %.

Imagine using raws with 50percent degradation, is this detected via HPLC?

clearly, it does in the raws it will be even more obfuscated in oils.

for your sake please go throw money at it but im 99% sure the tne even with 50% degradation products will show up as tne and same with npp instead of its real 71% npp and 19% degradation products will just show up as 89-90% aswell on hplc.

if anything we learned from this community testing that AASRaws is dog shit and we should include gcms some more when testing raws

I agree with your analysis it was just a thought to prove wrong or right who was saying it was TPP the contamination.

I do believe it would have show on HPLC.

The thing is... For how many years we probably had all these stuff but we never did one GCMS so we just never knew? Or is it just a recent thing?

not a recent thing.

i guess chinese oils have bunch of these byproducts in them especially stromusc and hepius hence the bad quality oils.

I plan to brew some up next week and I’ll send a sample in. Now that Jano has said he’s absolutely certain it’s not tpp and the fact it didn’t show up on the quantitive analysis report means we shouldn’t see any different from my brew though.

Yep, this may of been what we’ve been receiving for years. Won’t really know unless you want to test you higher purity NPP that I assume you got before the China shit show?

Yeah it's NPP that I got when all raws were flowing like the Niagara falls
I can definitely send it to test next time I ship something to Jano in the next few weeks, why not

i agree

any thoughts on
Analytical chemistry is definitely not my specialty, but here are my thoughts. Firstly, you linked the mass spectrums, so I can't say anything about hplc, whether they coelute or anything else. Next, chromatograms are generally more helpful for trying to figure out this type of thing. Maybe someone could try to compare to any published data for testosterone and see if any of the specific peaks exclusive to d4,6 appeared in the testosterone spectrum.
Thirdly, I still think that the chance of this kind of oxidation happening is minimal. It is much more common for oxidation to have occured twice during the synthesis. It is very common when trying to add/alter one functional group, to alter a second similar group.

Can we find a millionaire that likes to be an angel investor for our "let's find out what the fuck are we injecting today?" Adventure?
if the 32+k users on meso send me $100 that would make me a millionaire. I'll happily invest in knowing wtf are we injecting today

Not a bad idea at all. Tell you what, let the people decide. Democracy all the craze currently.

Folks can vote that post you quoted either thumbs up or down. He is getting broad support so far.

Winner stays, loser leaves town. I doubt he would honor it, but I definitely would. ;)
