Hey Everyone.

Been poking around the forum for a bit now but it feels time to do something more.

My journey has been targeting fat loss and muscle gain/retention despite caloric deficit. Down 70 lbs in 10 months thanks to ketosis, peps, bedroom cardio and admittedly inconsistent weight training.

Glad to have a forum to research and learn from. Looking forward to giving back.
