Do you have insurance? It's easy to get an online appointment for $50-$75 with a provider who'll provide a Metformin prescription that can be filled for a couple of bucks if you have insurance coverage.
I do. Good leads for this service, or just google?

It's basically the same, usually going up to 850mg 3x a day.
It'd be helpful if your BMI was at least 31 when you enter your data and speak to the doc, if you get my meaning.
Put the reason for the appointment down as "I'd like a metformin prescription for anti-aging and a little weight loss".
Don't mention the GH.
They'll provably start you at a low dose and have it increase over several weeks.
I forgot insurance won't cover drugs for anti-aging. But sign up with GoodRx, it's free, search for Metformin in your area, and find the cheapest pharmacy so you know in advance where the doc should send the prescription.
For reference, with GoodRX 180 850mg tabs at Walmart is $10. That's dirt cheap even without insurance paying anything towards it.

ya I would stay away from India pharma for this as the synth used contains carcinogens and was only recently recalled to address this issue.. obv no oversite on India pharma for contamination levels from the synth ie 98% pure but 0.5% carcinogens. (for example)
Can you point me towards a source for this info?

Seems NMDA is in everything, in the environment, our water, is likely formed during the manufacturing process, and even by our bodies.
It seemed to appear "out of nowhere" in many common meds because new lab tech allowed for detection of lower levels than they could before.
Still we're talking extremely low levels of this ingredient that would have to be ingested for a very long time to move the needle on cancer risk, luckily. A hot dog or piece of deli meat has many times higher levels of carcinogens in it so at least its very low risk for those who consumed those batches.
Hell, the FDA said keep taking your recalled meds until you can get a replacement because stopping would be worse than just taking the pills with such a low level of carcinogen.
I find the way the FDA set the acceptable limit as "how much could be consumed on a daily basis for 70 years without additional cancer risk" interesting.

for those unable to search. Does Metformin Cause Cancer?. also 96 NANOgrams of NDMA is enough to be concerned over.. ie just because 96+% purity doesn't mean its OK for those UGL..

yup radiation is in everything aswell. and ya those who eat more cured meats get more cancer.. not sure what ur point is here?
please cite this new 'tech' as you say.
anyway appears to increase overtime so good to avoid India or Chinese metformin if care about cancer risks. esp those taking for longevity purposes.
also just curious if you think export grade India meds test for NDMA lol..
