I just got some methylene blue from Life Blud , i put two drops (1 mg) into some water , is there an easier way to get this stuff in without staining your teeth? I tried putting straight drops in my mouth , haha , big mistake, i had to use some teeth whitning syringes to get the blue gone, Thanks for any tips&tricksView attachment 358462

Buy empty size 000 capsules and fill it up every time you need to take it (otherwise it may melt, idk i haven't tried)

The way I had it pictured in that water bottle seemed to work fine today. Appreciate all the insight from all you guys and gals, I didn't forget you DoubleD . .... Do you "feel" anything from taking this? Or is it just a individual thing and some respond to lower doses , while others are taking higher doses? Just looking for "feelz" reports , i realize what it supposed to do to "on paper" tia

I never felt anything from it

And the mouth staining goes away pretty quickly
