Have to agree with size26s in regards to the training. You are already lean Bro. I know you reference a clean bulk, but I would eat like an animal if I were you and train 3-4 days a week. If you fill out your frame, you WILL look harder, guaranteed. I see that you are switching your orals up but your test base is the same. Personally, I never run any test for more than 8 weeks, I constantly changed it up to form the base of any cycle. If you are worried about bloat, cut your carbs, increase your fats. Just my humble opinion. Keep rocking, and make some kick ass gains on this run!

First off, test more than 8 weeks? Most of all cycles are 12 weeks...
And yes I am eating my ass off as stated in his log.
And yes; in this log, I have also said that I switched to a HST workout 3 days a week.

Not worried about bloat at all, 4 weeks in and I'm up 7Lbs. I do take Arimidex.
And lastly yes,
I do train my ass off.
 
What I was trying to communicate, I never stay on the same test for more than 6-8 weeks. That's me. I rotate from Cyp to Enanthate to Sustanon, etc. to keep my receptors fresh. It's worked for me. All the best.
 
Crazy thing today, flat bench I usually hit 225 for +- 5 reps. I took Wednesday off because I wasn't feeling too well. Today I hit 225 for 9 reps. LMAO good stuff, bloodwork will be done next week, hopefully Monday.

Switched up to Test E since having problems with MFL batch of Prop, going 750ml a week. Since I had to switch from P to E, I am extending this cycle from 12 to 16 weeks and adding tbol for the last 4 weeks and also the last 2 weeks with out any Test E pinning because it'll still be in my system. Pct 3 weeks after last Test E pin
 
This may be a dumb question, what do you guys think of me adding Tren A 50mg ED for the last 4 weeks. Week 13-16?

You mentioned you switched your training routine earlier in the thread. How are you liking the new routine? I looked into HST, haven't heard of it before, but I dig the full body 3x a week split - full body/ high frequency stuff is very popular for strength athletes and it works amazingly well.

Thanks. I love this new routine, what I've been doing since I'm on cycle. I'm doing full body 3x a week as if I'm doing 1 a week full body workout. What I mean is, my intensity and volume of work of each workout is of a whole week. So I'm basically doing 3 weeks of full body 1x a week training in 1 week. I haven't been sore since! I've been a bit tad bit sore, but nothing to where I can't workout, and I've been loving the results, strength is up crazy too. I started squats at 405, I think I can hit it 5x now. Also I've already blown past my bench max.
After getting off cycle tho, I'm going back to muscle splits. 5x a week

I'm not an expert on this training style/routine, Its new to me, but I am a huge fan of high frequency or full body training routines, and the increased volume sounds like it will work out great for you. Keep it up.
