I'm looking to try and add all the weight on my upper body as you can see from my routine. My upper body is lacking and I think this may just do the trick

Ah here you are ...3000 cals is a good start but first and foremost to get the most out of this you need to eat the majority of those calories....you can get away with one maybe 2 shakes at best preferably one. This part will not be cheap.

Oh I know haha.
I am limiting my shakes to 1 post workout.
600 calories
85g carbs
55g protein
with Milk, Flax seed, and 1/2 Cup Oatmeal.

I am also taking Fishoil, Liv 52, Hawthorn berry, and Milk Thistle thru out.

Just my opinion I don't like the split. Too much. Your trying to bulk. You need to go heavy and hard and rest. More isn't always better. I'm a really hard gainer and love the gym and would go 7 days a week and workout 2 hours a day but have found out going 4-5 days a week with rest and spending 45-60 in the gym I've got bigger and better gains. Your burning too many cals just my opinion

Hmmmm.... What are every ones thoughts?

I'm not hating I just know what it's like to be skinny. I was 125 pounds 8 years ago. I'm a little over 200 now if you see my log there is before and after pics and I've done test only mostly cycles not 4 compounds wich is kinda a lot to kinda stack for someone younger and smaller. I'm no pro but I know dbol is harsh on the liv and var is as well but not as bad. That's a lot of orals for one cycle. Yea the liver is strong and recovers but you gotta be safe it's not just about gains. I hope your on liv 52, milk thistle or cycle or support something thought your whole cycle

Haha yes, I was about 135lbs in 2008, that's about 6 years ago.
I have had times where I maintained my weight for a long time due to MMA, and Jiu Jitsu. I'm keeping my training to a min for the bulk.
2012 went from 135-150 in 7 months, and end of 2012-2013 I went from 150-160. Started my first cycle in 2013 and went to 170 and kept all of it. It was a very bunked cycle.

Size has a point as I look at your routine you will need more calories but IMO it is all about pushing reps as long as you are going beyond what YOU think you can do and doing what YOU actually can do you should be fine. I do put on the most mass in that big heavy 6-8 rep range. I attack the set with a number I know I can get and then just go beyond because I know if I can get 4 more than likely I can get 6. We to often have rep numbers in our head. I am like who cares push heavy and push until you can't. That guarantees you are shredding those muscle fibers. As long as you are destroying fibers you are growing. Your split would just be taxing for this but you are in a position if you jumped to 4000 calories no biggie? The NPP will make you eat. I do think you can hit muscle groups twice a week while you are ON. Might nee some adjustments in your split. I don't think I would take 2 days off in a row. I would have my rest days before my big muscle days. There are so many ways going about routines SC listen to your body and adjust. YOU will know what has recovered and what hasn't.

You made quite a transformation sz26 and I think Sean can do the same . Sean seems highly intelligent and has done his homework , everything I was going to suggest like liver support he has already got covered . Iron on ! Gear on !

Ahh to be young and have a fast metabolism ! I miss those days ! 8->

True, I am taking in 5000 calories a day, not 3000 lol.

And my training i go with 4-5 sets to warm up, and 5 sets at 4-8 reps heavy weight.

Some days I might throw in a Volume week. Which means I'll cut my lifting to 3x a week, and for every body part, I'll do one workout for 20 sets,

For example
Squats
Set 1: 135 x 7
Set 2: 185 x 7
Set 3: 205 x 7
Set 4: 225 x 5
Set 5: 235 x 5
Set 6: 245 x 5
Set 7: 250 x 5
Set 8: 255 x 5
Set 9: 260 x 5
Set 10: 265 x 5
Set 11: 270 x 5
Set 12: 275 x 5
Set 13: 280 x 5
Set 14: 285 x 5
Set 15: 290 x 3
Set 16: 295 x 3
Set 17: 300 x 3
Set 18: 305 x 3
Set 19: 310 x 2
Set 20: 315 x 6
23980 Lbs total

Bench:
Flat Bench
Set 1:125 x 7
Set 2:135 x 5
Set 3:145 x 5
Set 4:155 x 5
Set 5:165 x 5
Set 6:175 x 5
Set 7:180 x 5
Set 8:185 x 5
Set 9:190 x 5
Set 10:195 x 5
Set 11:200 x 3
Set 12:200 x 3
Set 13:200 x 3
Set 14:205 x 3
Set 15:210 x 3
Set 16:215 x 2
Set 17:215 x 2
Set 18:215 x 2
Set 19:225 x 2
Set 20:225 x 5
13980 Lbs total

My fault my old eyes saw 3000 and I was wondering how I was going to talk you into 5000 so I was easing my way into it. Good 5000 cals I like.

Damn Sean - thats alot of volume , if you want to clean bulk you might want to just do 10 sets MAX per bodypart . This aint martial art training here , this is bodybuilding and thats too many sets IMO . Check-out Mike Mentzer Heavy-Duty training or HST training . Less sets more weight . Just sayin......:D

I agree with OGH your goals for this cycle is bulk save the volume for when you come off. You should be somewhere after warm up you are ready to die after three sets.

Haha I was gonna throw in the volume just for 1 week during this cycle, most likely near the end around week 11 or 12

Man that aint just a lil volume thats endurance training bro - Id be crawling after 20 sets of that , where do you get the energy to pump 225 bench at the end ?

Right now Im doing HST and that is 2 sets each of 2 exercises per bodypart (4 sets total) fullbody 3 times a week . And Im making strength increases off of it.....look up HST training , its highly effective . Just look at Millard Bakers pics ......

I guess I just have all the energy. What I laid out was what I did a few months ago, I was very surprised that my last sets were higher than my regular routine
