MF's Test Prop - 10 week Log

I could have put on 8-9 pounds of solid muscle in 10 weeks... dude. I wish you could grow that fast as a teenager, but that's just not even remotely possible no matter how old you are. Not even noob gains work that fast.

i started lifting when i was 32 - as a natural with very average T levels - and put on 10lbs on muscle in 15 weeks. had my diet and training dialed in prior to starting.

so 8-9 pounds in 10 weeks at age 18 juiced up? meh.

im not a juicer - aside from TRT now at my age - but you should really check out the logs of guys that are older, have excellent training bases put in, have their nutrition and training DIALED and in general know what the fuck they're doing to see what types of muscle and development gains are possible on a a properly done cycle.

He doesnt realize that the people here were only trying to help him.at 18.....you couldnt tell me shit either.but at 18 i was also scared and misinformed about steroid use.i didnt start using until last year.still hate needles lol.
