At the end of the day the total mg amount of PED's used is what matters. All of those meds will similarly tank your lipid profile. Oxandrolone may hurt your kidneys. Oxymetholone and the others will do a number on your liver. Oxy will also increase RBCs and blood pressure. It's likely to give you the most gains / strength out of all of them. They all have different applications, and even though it is the total mg amount that matters most for accrual of tissue, I would say oxymetholone is the "strongest"
