That depends on you buddy. Sorry to disappoint you but there is no way to answer this. There are to many factors that come into play here. Your body type, diet, weight lifting routine, types of AAS used, cardio, your job factors into play also. Everyone is different. You just have to get out there and figure out for yourself how your body reacts to different scenarios. Good luck.

You can 10-double that on cycle, but it won't be LBM and it won't be sustainable gains either. 12 pounds of LBM in a 3-month test e cycle is achievable without too much work.
