mid cycle plateau

there are 2 of us doing the same cycle. 725mg test (sust + supertest) 100 mg decca, did 6 weeks of dbols on week 7, we both hit a plateau. no more gains?!?!?! we were both doing pretty well, but not what i expected? wtf. i added another oral, 4 weeks of andro for the end. any other ideas? suggestions?

NO, dont add anything. Probably a diet and/or training issue. BTW you just finished week 6 and into week 7, that is only a week. How do you know you are on a plateau in one week.

well i'm almost at 8, and i did a weight and bi measurement every day and graphed them. so i have not gained any weight in the last week to week and a half, even down a few on certain days. diet has not changed much. i still eat and workout at all the same times. so should i just workout more? i can't really eat more, i usally throw up 1-2 times a week from over eating, my body just doesn't handle forced eating well.

Body shock, overtraining? Take it a little easier... IMHO.

do what i did bro switch to that 5x5 routine that needsize wrote up..its fucking killer bro! :mad:

word, i'll try that. i've got 2 weeks of decca, 4 of test. so i should keep growing a total of 7 more weeks? if i break out of this funk.?
 
Just add more gear! LOL I'm just kidding. BigKarch hit it on the head. Training and diet are both probably off.

For sure the diet is. You said that you're eating the same thing you were in the beginning. Well, you're bigger now. You need more calories to sustain further growth. Eat more.

Why the hell are you only doing 100mg of deca?
 
If its hard to get that many calories down start eating oils and cream. safflower seed oil is good fat calories. Cream on the other hand is saturated fat calories but for me did the trick. In one little cream thing you get at the store there are 1000 calories in the whole thing.

does that cream oil shit work, i mean there was that post that everyone made fun of where the guy claimed to drink cups of oil a day.

How much do you weigh?
Based on how much test you are taking, you need atleast 400mg of deca weekly---Depending on how much you weigh--


What is your weight?
How much weight have you gained?
How often do you eat? I find that if I eat every 2 hours, its much easier to get in the calories rather than 4-5 huge meals--

Drink your calories, peanut butter, mct and flax oil, protein shake with meals, there are alot of ways to get extra calories--

I would avoid eating cream---That is terrible calories=---Pure fat!!! Come on now--and its saturated-- There are much better ways
