Mid cycle - Stimulant use

Hey all, roughly at the mid way point of test c 350mg/w anavar 50mg. Been going great and the lifts have been amazing. For years now I have been using tons of stimulants pre gym around 6-7am. For reference, I am up to a pot of coffee upon waking, scoop of whatever pre I have, 300-350mg caffeine avg, with other 1,3 added most days, then either coffee or lower end source at noon. No significant changes in BP, but I know this is obviously not ideal or sustainable long term.

Any one have alternatives or experience bringing their stim intake down? Yes, slowly tapering off, but I feel like I was lobotomized.
 
May have to go slower then. Usually takes me about 2 weeks to hit zero. Complete receptor sensitivity reset can take months though.
Kind of my thoughts. Have you tried tyrosine? Read into it a bit seems like it could be of use regulating the neuro side of things

Do you think you might have ADHD given your current need for such a high dose of stimulants? It's quite often the case

Swap out caffeine for ephedrine and yohimbine HCL. Different receptor agonism.
 
Or better yet swap out caffeine and supplement with some cocaine. Can't be a bad thing. Supplements are good for you. As long as you are just supplementing it will all be fine. What a lot of people dont understand is that it’s about how you identify your intake.

It took me a solid month to feel “normal” after quitting all caffeine. After 3-4 months I felt a step change and had more stable energy and no more swings through the day. 12 years later and I am 100% sold on a caffeine/stimulant free life.

Tyrosine is interesting for me.
I personally have adhd and slowly tapered off caffeine and stimulants.

But tyrosine capsules for whatever reason NALT to be precise, made me feel cracked out anxious. Like I had energy that couldn’t be used.

Recommend starting low and moving up if you’re worried about that. If not just full send it and if you experience antsy anxious energy it’s the high dose. Could just be nalt itself that did that.

M3th stimulants such as adhd meds definitely bring the energy. But also completely made me hate the gym and skip it. Pretty counterintuitive and definitely would have more effect on BP with gear and BP meds
