So I decided it was time to make a fucking change! In the way I eat the way I train and most importantly the way I'm living!!

I have hooked up with Montego and Hughjassol to coach me through this time of life and perhaps the future show I may want to dominate! My goal is to be 195-198.5 on stage I'm 5'4" short so fucks wit me IDGAF!

Been killing this diet Montego put together for me and haven't cheated through this. In a months time we have droves 5+% BF just on diet alone

Currently on
150mg test cyp every 3 days
100mcg T4
4iu ed HGH
25mg provi

Feeling great since I jumped on diet and don't think I won't back off cause noticing gains daily it seems like.

Hugh has been on point about gear usage and everything else and would not want anybody else in my corner if I was fighting a god damn dragon!!!

This log will pertain to diet gear dosage and prepping for things to come!

All these gains have been made on a cruise! Time to say fuck the bullshit and I'm ready to get serious! And I work 16-18 hrs a day no fuckin excuses here!
 
I've stopped by M&S now and then over the last couple of years. When I do I check out the threads you have running. I'll admit I didn't know what to make of you and your people at first. I'm now of the opinion that you're a straight shooter from what I've read and heard.
I remember when you were having a little fun with that kid that reps IA..the gear whore with no shame who is loyal to whomever is signing his check. Piece of garbage who's handle escapes me...in any event, it was a transformation contest.
You deserve a lot of credit. Without question you've taken your physique to the next level. I like the look...rugged.
Keep up the good work. You make a nice addition to meso membership.

Thanks bro! That piece of trashes name is xsbobber and yes he is a slime ass dirt bag! They fucked up and posted doctored up lab results and got busted on it by dema. Then he comes back once they give him his money and tries to smooth it out. They got kicked off slot of forums for that including MS. They burned me one a hgh purchase as well.

Plan to keep this going and see where my prep lands me hopefully it will be stage worthy

What are you doing for leg training?
There is a glaring mismatch from the powerful looking upper body to your lower body.


I agree 100% so when I got my coach about 2 months ago we decided to load 1 time a week pump 1 time a week and do muscle rounds one time a week on legs. They have grown a lot in just 2 or so months

But we are going to be adding more weight soon trying to add weight to squat and presses on legs every round
 
I think he was just comparing the upper to lower which in my opinion they are not proportioned to my upper but we are working on that

The lower body isnt proportional to the upper.

Impressive all around...respect!
 
I struggle terribly with the long days and fitting in workouts. Do you truly work 16hrs EVERYDAY? Or is it more like once a week? I absolutely would NOT be able to handle a big cycle, 16 hrs EVERYDAY and working out everyday. I get up at 0300 to make it work and when i get close to the 60hr mark(usually by friday midday) i am completely toast. Vegetable walking and talking. Hanging on by a thread. I use this place to vent alot due to the enormous stress. And it doesnt get easier on cycle with the massive food intake and the greater stimulus during workouts when MORE sleep is required. I inevitably miss training sessions. And if i push it i get sick. The immune system back fires on me.
