Nice to see some numbers. You wouldnt believe what some of these guys claim in here in the past. When u know damn well they cant. One guy was claiming a 600lb back squat for reps. He made the mistake of posting a video...where i called his ass out on fucking quarter quarter reps with said 600. Barely breaking at the knees. Thanks brotha. still a lot of work to be had but I'm willing to do it. Diet though is killing my mood
This is very encouraging to watch.. one day I'd like to do a cycle log with pics and all. You t takes some guts to put yourself out there. Impressive. And bro, when the food is getting to you, just remind yourself how many are looking at you with envy. Time enough to eat once the cycle is complete. Keep up the good work.
Very true very true!! But what makes this better is I'm just on cruise and my prep will start soon. All these gainz have been on 150mg cyp every 3 days with a great diet laid out by my coach montego



So do you do any excercises to focus on inner chest? Or is it just overall chest development?
