Milos training he uses for his clients looks realy intense but I am wondering if it will only shock me and stop woring? He uses giant sets with 5-6 exercises and 4-5 does these rotations 4-5 times. You never rest between exercises. Any one try it or have opinions? It deifnitly works for some he does train Slivo Samuel and Luke Wood.

If you want to train to look like a swimmer than follow Milos.

I've seen his clients and they don't look like swimmers lol (VInce Taylor, Gustavo Badell, Silvo Samuel, Luke Wood, Ernie Taylor)

I'm sure they don't exclusively train with Milos. Because I think Ernie Taylor trained with Yates for a while. On top of that there probably taking $1500 worth of stuff a month if you count GH, IGF Insulin, MGF, steroids and whatever else works for the pros.
I know that makes up for a lot of over training. If you just train with him for a week or two to shock your body thats ok, but to train that way all the time will be counter productive. I don't agree with Milos and giant sets at all for size, if thats what you want.
