Good evening Meso!
I am Minty and I'm here to introduce my lab, Mint Anabolics. I have been a vendor on another forum for over six months with some success and I feel like I am ready and equipped to handle the volume from another forum. I will describe my methods and process for you guys and if anyone is interested in trying my gear, I would be happy to serve you.
Preparing Oils:
Equipment/Materials:
- 18L Autoclave w/ drying function
- Dry heat sterilizer
- Pre-sterilized RTF 10mL vials
- Self-healing silicon rubber stoppers
- Disposable, one-time use sterile Nalgene media collection bottles
- Graduated cylinders for measurement
- Beakers of various sizes for mixing
- Hotplate/Magnetic stirrer
- .2um Nylon membrane capsule filters with 1um glass fiber prefilter
- Peristaltic pump
- Bottle top dispenser
1) Workspace preparation - Stainless steel surfaces are cleaned with 70% isopropyl alcohol and Ecolab disinfectant spray before and after all brew cycles
2) Preparing glassware - Beakers and graduated cylinders are washed with 70% isopropyl alcohol and then distilled water before being sterilized with dry heat, 450deg F for 45 minutes.
2) Silicon stoppers are bathed in 70% isopropyl alcohol, then distilled water, and then put through an autoclave cycle. Stoppers stay in autoclave bag until being placed on filled vials
3) Calibrate scale and weigh API in beaker for current compound
4) Measure BB with graduated cylinder and pour desired amount into beaker
5) Place on hotplate at minimal heat required to dissolve API
6) Once API and BB has dissolved into homogeneous solution, measure BA with separate graduated cylinder, reduce heat, and pour BA into solution
7) Drop stir bar into solution and turn on magnetic stirrer
8) Measure amount of MCT oil desired in graduated cylinder and slowly pour into solution
9) Let final solution stir for 30-40 minutes
10) Disassemble bottle top dispenser, bathe dispenser parts and silicone tubing in 70% isopropyl alcohol, distilled water, and then put through autoclave cycle
11) Filter solution using peristaltic pump and .2um nylon membrane capsule filter into freshly opened sterile media collection bottle. Each compound has it's
own filter to minimize risk of cross-contamination. Filters are replaced every 4-5000 mls depending on flow.
12) Vials are filled, stopped and capped one by one to minimize exposure to open air
Capping Orals:
Materials:
- Mortar and pestle
- MCC Powder as filler
- Size 4 Gelatin Capsules
For each active compound (e.g. Var, Dbol, Drol, etc):
1) Fill and tamp 100 empty gelatin capsules with MCC powder
2) Empty powder into container
3) Place on calibrated scale to find total weight of powder (Weight A)
4) Divide total weight by 100 to get weight per cap
5) Use mortar and pestle to grind active to achieve consistent density
6) Repeat steps 1-4 with active ingredient (Weight B)
7) Use formula to find proper ratio of active to filler:
E.g. for 25mg Anavar capsules:
- (25mg var * Weight A) / Weight B = Amount of filler to remove per capsule (Weight C)
- (Weight A - Weight C) = Actual mg of filler per capsule (Weight D)
To calculate active and filler for 4000 Capsules:
25mg var * 4000 = 25,000mg = 25g Anavar Powder
Weight D * 4000 = xxxg MCC Filler Powder
8) Mix 4000 capsules worth of oral mixture with filler using geometric dilution...start with 100g of active, add 100g of filler, grind with pestle, stir in circles thoroughly...add 200g filler, grind with pestle, stir in circles thoroughly...repeat until all active + filler is mixed.
9) Create 400 capsules at a time using capsule filling machine
10) Capsule packs are filled by weight, so often times there will be 1 or 2 more capsules in a pack than advertised
OPSEC
Separate devices are used for separate activities. Online activity is protected with a combination of TOR/Tails, VMs and VPNs. Proper data sanitization is strictly followed, I do not store any PII any longer than is absolutely necessary. Packages are always discrete and protected with multiple layers of packaging.
Testing
I believe in thorough testing to keep QA consistent and to provide feedback necessary to improve compounding processes. I am almost to a place that would allow a test result to be published prior to the release of any new batches and/or products. This can be difficult with very fast selling products, but it is possible and I will be there very soon. I don't really think a source's testing should mean shit to you guys, the real testing come from customers. That being said, I believe I offer generous credits to encourage consumers to test my products on their own.
Testing Credits:
Store Credit for HPLC Tests:
First customer test result for a specific batch: Customers will receive reimbursement of testing cost + $200 ($320 for Oils & Caps, $500 for Peptides)
Subsequent test results of the same batch of a specific compound: Customer will receive reimbursement + $100 ($220 for Oils & Caps, $400 for Peptides)
*Customers are limited to receiving Store Credit for 5 samples in a 3 month period. Any more than 5, customer will still receive reimbursement for cost of testing, but no testing bonus*
Store Credit for Bloodwork:
UNCAPPED Bloodwork: Customers will receive $250 in store credit for publicly posting bloodwork, provided it follows the general prevailing guidelines/timelines based on the compound/ester being evaluated
CAPPED Bloodwork: Customers will receive $100 in store credit for publicly posting bloodwork, provided it follows the general prevailing guidelines/timelines based on the compound/ester being evaluated
*Customers are limited to 1 Bloodwork credit every 3 months*
Limits on Store Credit
- Store credit cannot be used for products containing Primo
- Store credit cannot be used to purchase peptides
- Store credit orders do not qualify for sale prices
- Store credit orders do qualify for the 5+ vial prices
