Mission labs no reply?

Hey guys just wondering everyone's experience with mission labs placed a order last wed and have emailed twice about a tracking number after they received my payment but haven't heard anything is this normal for them?

Was normal for me with them. Placed order, they said shipping next day. Couple days later got nothing. Emailed them for tracking number, they responded next day with it and showed that it was shipping that day.
Unreliable in my opinion.

I've had similar situation as @Steve84, after order was placed and money was accepted I never got a reply, emailed them after day or two and got a reply with a tracking number.

Yea iv done the same as you guys but no tracking number or anything. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow il be kinda choked

I am having the same issue as you. I ordered last week, made my payment. I emailed them for tracking number, and havn't gotten back a response. This seems very unreliable to me. 2 day turn around with express shipping? I'm honestly disappointed thus far, they're supposed to be a big open source.....been 4 days since payment was made, going on 5. I was curious if this is normal for them not to respond to you after you pay them, or is something going on?

It sucks that you're having this experience man. I appreciate you sharing it.
Mission is a lab that I've been considering but I'm not a fan of poor customer service. Product quality is of course important but lack of customer service doesn't instill confidence.

We know Mission isn't a scam/fraud, so you should get your order.
I don't necessarily think they are top tier though with that being said from what I tried out of the orals.
But maybe something happened on the Mission front? Has anyone had contact with them?

Last time I ordered from Mission i hadn't heard back for 2 days after payment. Sent an angry email, then checked the mailbox right after and the order was in there. I guess once they have your money they forget to send tracking lol :/
